Compassion in Every Step
We believe that relocation isn't just about moving boxes - It's about moving memories, preserving dignity, and finding peace in new surroundings.

Founder
Leslie Baltimore
Leslie has spent her life helping seniors feel safe, supported, and truly at ease. Growing up, her mother ran a small retirement home, and Leslie spent much of her time there—getting to know residents, listening to their stories, and learning early the importance of thoughtful, compassionate care. When she wasn’t doing that, she was busy organizing pantries and closets, discovering a natural love for problem-solving and creating order. With over eight years of experience in senior move management, Leslie helps clients across the Columbus area downsize, organize, and transition with clarity and care. She moved to Columbus in 2012 with her three young daughters and has since become deeply rooted in the Central Ohio community. Thoughtful, safety-conscious, empathetic, and known for bringing a sense of calm (and often laughter) to every project, Leslie approaches each transition with genuine compassion. It is a privilege for her to support Columbus seniors and their families during such meaningful moments. Leslie treats every client the way she wants her own 89-year-old mother to be treated—with patience, dignity, and heartfelt care.

Project Manager
Susan Wilkins
Susan grew up in Upper Arlington. After completing her higher education, she returned home to Columbus area, living several years in Grandview before settling in Blacklick with her husband and their two rescue dogs. From a young age, Susan was drawn to serving seniors. She volunteered in local nursing homes and participated in mission trips, with a special focus on Alzheimer's care. That passion continued into adulthood. After beginning her education in graphic design, Susan transitioned into Occupational Therapy, where she spent 15 years specializing in senior rehabilitation. Over the past 5 years, Susan has brought together her unique blend of experience and passions-downsizing, organizing, interior decorating, and senior care-to support individual and families during life's important transitions. Her background allows her to create safe, functional environments that are also warm and beautiful. Of equal importance, she brings calm, clarity, and even laughter to what can otherwise be a stressful process. With education, experience, and understanding of the medical challenges that can arise later in life, Susan values clear communication and thoughtful collaboration among everyone involved, ensuring each transition is handled with care and confidence.
